Why do we check candidates differently?

At Syrenka Management Group, we know that paper accepts everything. We often receive CVs that look great, but the person behind them cannot handle day-to-day work. That is why we do not rely only on what the candidate has written about themselves. We verify what they can actually do.

For us, facts count. When we search for a manager for a manufacturing company or a sales specialist, we always ask for life examples. We are interested in situations where something did not work out and how that person resolved it. Real problems show more than training certificates.

What does our process look like?

  • Analysis of work history – we verify actual successes, not just job titles.
  • Skill verification – we ask to see concrete results or projects.
  • Conversations with former colleagues – if possible, we call to find out what it is like to work with that person on a daily basis.
  • Practical tests – matched to what the company will require in the office or on the production floor.

Our office at Al. Jerozolimskie in Warsaw is a place where we meet people face-to-face. We do not believe in recruitment carried out only by automatic systems that scan for keywords. It is us, as the Syrenka Management Group team, who take responsibility for whom we present to our clients.
