Terms of Cooperation

Syrenka Management Group is a firm operating in Warsaw. We provide services for the recruitment of management staff and advisory in building organizational culture. Cooperation with us is based on mutual trust and clear agreements. We treat each commission individually, adjusting our actions to the needs of your business.
By starting cooperation, you accept the terms contained in these regulations. Our actions aim to deliver concrete results; therefore, we ask for reliable information regarding requirements for positions and expectations toward candidates.
In the recruitment process, we make every effort to ensure that the managers we select possess appropriate competencies and experience. The final decision on hiring a specific person always belongs to the client. Syrenka Management Group is not responsible for the candidate's work results after signing an employment contract or agreement, as we have no influence on internal processes in the client's company.
We check references and soft skills of candidates to minimize the risk of a wrong choice. In the case of permanent recruitment, we guarantee support at every stage – from the advertisement to contract negotiation.
We set remuneration for our services individually before starting work. In the case of single recruitment projects, payment is broken into stages: a retainer part and a success fee paid after hiring the candidate. As part of ongoing HR support, we issue monthly invoices.
All prices are given in Polish Zloty (PLN). We reserve the right to change rates for projects with non-standard difficulty, about which we always inform the client in advance. Our invoices are payable within 14 days from the document date.
In our industry, discretion is fundamental. We commit to protecting all information we receive from clients during cooperation. We do not pass company data or business strategies to third parties without the explicit consent of the owner.
We respect the personal data of candidates and process it in accordance with the law, solely for recruitment purposes. We require our clients to have equally responsible approaches to the personal data of employees and candidates shared with us.
